Visit to Shingletown

We went up to Sean's mom's house a few weeks ago. Our visit was wonderful, and we were able to meet Sean's Uncle John and Aunt Ellen! Sean had not seen John for a very long time, and they were down from Washington visiting! They are such wonderful people, who instantly felt like family, and made me feel like family. The first day Sean, John and I climbed up to the top of Mt.Lassen...Ellen had a bum foot and wasn't able to hike :-( so I headed out with the guys! We had great conversations, views and stories! The trail was pretty steep in some parts..very rocky

Have I mentioned that Kaihla is fearless..well she rides the quads with her feet up...ya...guess it's not stimulating enough for her!! HA!
